This apartment is an open and welcoming space that invites you to enjoy the stunning views of London during blue hour. With its large windows that open onto the illuminated city, this place offers a unique experience. The interior design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the city during this magical time of day.

This place represents a true refuge for residents, who have a deep affinity with nature. The abundance of wooden layers and the glass ceiling not only add a truly exceptional touch, but also perfectly integrate the space with its surroundings, adding a remarkable charm to the entire project.
HOUSE OF SAND
Modern and Minimalist
Text description provided by the architects: The house is located in front of the Mediterranean, in a place where an imposing dune protects the coast from storms. This starting point defines the project configuration. The house materializes with two volumes arranged perpendicular to each other. To have a view of the sea, the house's use program is inverted as opposed to the traditional scheme, the day area is organized on the upper floor to be able to look over from the dune and uses the lower level roof as a lookout. The night area is located on the entrance level, perpendicular to the sea. Circulation is organized in the most public part of the land open to the pool area, while the rooms open onto a beautiful consolidated garden with small species that existed on site.
LOFT ILLUMINATED NIGHT

This is a minimalist loft illuminated by the city's nightlight, providing stunning views of the skyscrapers. Its decor is elegant, with natural materials and a feeling of cleanliness and order. At night, the city transforms into a light show, making the loft a peaceful and modern refuge in the heart of the metropolis. It is the perfect fusion between contemporary design and urban living.

This bathroom is an example of sophisticated minimalism. With concrete walls, a transparent glass shower, and pristine white crockery, the design is marked by simplicity and elegance. The mirror expands the space, creating an airy and modern atmosphere. It is the perfect place for a relaxing bath in a minimalist and functional environment.
"BOHOUSE" APARTMENT
Bright and Happy Colors
In this space, a creative mix of colors and curves was inserted into the existing structure and design. The boho decoration style, which has a gypsy look, is also known as bohemian and delights our eyes thanks to the mixtures that he proposes. Between ethnic, oriental, hippie and even punk references, boho allows you to create environments full of textures and colors and also with vintage pieces. The result is a balanced, colorful and happy area, in harmony with the environment .
